Nothing about benefits change – you are still enrolled in Original Medicare (fee-for-service), are paying your same co-pays and deductibles, and can see any doctor you would like who accepts Medicare. Sharing Medicare data with your primary care health team, such as when you went to see a specialist or when hospitalized, will help them to better coordinate and manage your care to help keep you well..
The healthcare landscape is undergoing many changes, creating challenges for primary care providers as they work to deliver quality care to the communities they serve.
